Diagnosis can only be done in person — it is the first step in determining the price of a repair. There are too many variables to give an accurate quote over the phone. We want to give you 100% accurate information, so it is our policy to quote only after one of our technicians has diagnosed your problem in person.

We don’t charge an hourly rate. Instead, we use the national Blue Book Job Rate Guide — an industry standard. This allows us to quote you an exact price, upfront, after diagnosis, before any work is performed.

Yes. We stand behind both the part and the labor with a full warranty — from 90 days up to one year, depending on the repair.

Yes. If you cannot be present during the repair, we offer an invoicing service with an online payment option. You will receive an invoice by email with diagnostic results, cost breakdown, before/after photos, and a secure payment link.
